With over 30 years of experience across public accounting, corporate finance, executive leadership, and recruiting, I’ve sat on every side of the table. I began my career at a Big 8 firm, led finance teams as a CFO, guided companies through growth and restructuring as a consultant, and helped hire top talent as an executive recruiter.
Today, I bring that full-spectrum perspective to coaching — helping clients navigate career transitions, land high-impact roles, and step confidently into leadership. I'm a Certified Public Accountant based in Nashville, Tennessee. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active—whether that’s playing tennis, training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or chasing the perfect brisket as an aspiring BBQ Pit Master.
